On the Topic of Downhills

I posted a question on Marathon Maniacs' and on 50 States Marathon Club's Facebook pages:

"I feel a little guilty asking this, but what are your favorite downhill marathons? I just reviewed the top 30 BQ marathons on marathonguide.com. The Mesa-Phoenix Marathon was awesome in every way. I've already done all of the states where Revel runs. I have a lot of states remaining in the NE, a few in the South, NM, OR, HI, & AK. I love the larger marathons, like RnR & Disney, with lots of spectators & high-octane levels, but I realize they all can't be that way. Any recommendations on downhill courses for this lazy flat-Fargo guy (or is it "smart & efficient guy") who's trying to do a lot of marathons this year with as little wear and tear as possible?"

I got a lot(!!) of awesome responses.  With most of my states that I still have to complete being in the northeast, it's true that not many could be all downhill without a lot of uphill, too, so keep that in mind when reading the below list of marathons that came from the discussions from my posts.  I've listed every suggestion down below.  Many are NOT downhill but were highly rated, especially considering the terrain in the states that I have left.  I just wanted to document all of the great suggestions that came from my 2 posts.  Seventy-two marathons came from these responses!
